How to forge large matrix die forgings under the condition of insufficient equipment capacity, and ensure the important problems in the construction and manufacturing process of application quality. Therefore, the article points out the requirements of construction and manufacturing, the forging of large frame beams, the combination of theoretical understanding and numerical simulation, The design of pre-forging forming process is simulated, and the partial load forming process is proposed.
